Unable to open a powerpoint attachment in Outllook 2002

Not without more info...what happens? Do you have Powerpoint installed? If
you save the attachment to disk, can you open it?

I click one of my powerpoint presentation and it says that Powerpoint cannot
open it. When I click on help, an Alert comes up and says

"Powerpoing can't read C:\Documents and Settings\ etc..."
In help it says:

"PowerPoint can't read this file
The file you tried to open may not be a Microsoft Office PowerPoint file
(.ppt). Check the original file to determine the file type. You may be able
to edit the file in a program designed to use that file type."

But i KNOW i just finished using that same program. Then all of a sudden i
cant open it?????

Please help me... I am a student...Ppt presentation due tomorrow...
