When I click on the "Archive Folders" in Outlook 2007, I get the hourglass
for a long time. Finally, this message pops up: "Cannot display the folder.
The ....archive.pst has reached its maximum size. To reduce the amount of
data in this file, select some items that you no longer need, then
permanently (shift + del) delete them.

Problem is, I can't get into my archive folder to "permanently (shift + del)
delete" them. When I try, I just get the "Cannot display the folder..."
message.

Thoughts?
