I have read the posts on here, as well as the help from the Microsoft Outlook
page, and I am still befuddled.. I am trying to minimize my Outlook 2002 to
the System Tray, there eliminating excess space on my toolbar. I've tried to
right-click on the Taskbar, then clicking on Properties, then "Customize"
inactive icons -- it's not there. Can anyone please help me??

Robert -

I tried that, but there is no "Preferences" folder there on RegEdit. Can you
explain the absence of it??

Diane --

Thank you sooo much for your help. That link from Slovaktech did the trick.
You've helped me before some time ago. Good to know you are still here. :)
