Unable to login to DC

Hi

I enabled logon locally permission to everyone in my
DC,now it's showing an error "windows cannot logon because
profile cannot be located,access denied"

Please help me to fix this problem

Was this set in the "default domain controller policy" or in another policy?
I can't say that i've seen that error related to the "logon locally" right,
especially when you added everyone.

Are you able to TS or remotly manager thru MMC to the machine? Is the DC
still in the domain controllers OU?

If network cord is attached, try logging in with it
removed.
