Unable to login from DC only(Profile)

Hi
I configured logon localy permission to everyone and set
roaming profile for the users.Now I can logon to all
systems except DC.While I am trying to login to the DC I
am getting the reply " Windows cannot locate the
profile,Access denied".But if I give administrative
privilage to this user ,he is able logon to DC.
Please Help me to fix this

Have you also set logon locally in the Default Domain Controllers GP?

Can you remotly manage the server via the Admin tools or TS? Try removing
the roaming profile setting and see if users can logon. It almost sounds
like a permissions issue on where the profiles are stored.

yes but even local profile is not loaded
