Unable to log into domain with Wireless PCI card

Doc

Hi,

I have a USR 5416 wireless PCI card in a Win2k box which I am trying
to log into my domain with. It appears that the app that manages the
wireless side of things doesn't start until AFTER the user logs in
(which I can do if I log in locally and NOT into the domain). So,
without it I have no nework connection and so cannot log into the
domain - Catch-22!

I somehow need to start the app as a service PRIOR to login. Does
anyone know how to resolve this? I previously had a Belkin card and
had the same problem with that so i thought I'd try a USR card.

Surely these PCI cards shoudl be able to with with domains?

Cheers

Identify the application that start the wireless functionality,
then invoke it via the Task Scheduler. It gives you the option
of starting things at start-up time (rather than log-on time).
