Windows XP Unable to load Regsvr32 mshtml.dll

When I type in Regsvr32 mshtml.dll at the command line I receive this error "Regsvr32 mshtml.dll was loaded, but theDllregister point was not found". How do I resolve this.

Turn off all antivirus and all automatic updates, except for yuor firewall..Uninstall IE7..This will automatically revert you to IE6..Still leaving all antivirus etc off, Go and re-enter " Regsvr32 mshtml.dll " without quotations..once you have done that sucessfully, go <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/ie/default.mspx">here</a> and download IE7..Once you have successfully done that..Switch on all antivirus and run automatic updates again..Problem should be solved..
