One node in the cluster is in error.
In cluster administrator I see that both network
interfaces are unavailable. I can ping to the ip of the
hostname but not to the ip of the heartbeat.
cluster.log gives messages indicates that cluster service
could not be started. It fails with status 1722.
When I try to start it manually:
C:\WINNT\cluster>clussvc -debug -resetquorumlog
[ClRtl] Load WMI for ClusSvc. Status 126.
[DM] DmInitialize: The hive was loaded- rollback, unload
and reload again
