unable to install

I bought a new hp all in one printer and have been unable to install the
drivers. When I follow the troubleshooter I am informed the required inf
files cant be found. Following the hp tips to open explorer and click on the
plus sign beside inf i find no plus sign there so am unable to complete the
trouble shooter. Any help is appreciated

Contact HP support for help installing their printer. It is always wise
to check for tech support for your specific model printer on the HP
website, too.
