I have an XP Pro running SP2 and needed to install IIS on it for a seminar I
was at last week and I could not get it to install, no matter what I did.
The Laptop works fine for everything else.

When I am install IIS I get the message:

Setup cannot copy the file staxmem.dll

I used the KB article 894351 which discusses the problem, but I still can't
get it to work.

Is there something else I can try (other than rebuilding the OS). It is a
fairly new machine.

Thanks,

Tom
