Unable to install Frontpage 2002

I am trying to install a newly purchased copy of
Frontpage 2002 onto my machine running Windows XP Home
Edition. The install starts but without me entering the
product key goes to the completed installation message
popup. I have closed all tasks on the machine and it
still does the same thing.

Can anyone help?

Has there ever been another copy or version of FP on that computer?
