unable to get program cd to be recoginised in drive

I got a themes program pac and it was for 95/98/NT. I
thought I could run it with the compatability wisard but
the computer will not even recognise that there is
program on the cd. Help!
 
First, the themes for XP are totally different than they are in 9x. I
would not try to use them on XP no matter what. I would suggest trying
out StyleXP or a hacked uxtheme.dll instead. Then you can use themes
from themexp.org or deviantart.com ;)
