Unable to generate loose file resources, Localization Toolkit

Does anyone know how to fix it?


Searched NG for that problem and this is what I found:

The source code for the management application was not release as part of the toolkit. As stated in the article the toolkit is unsupported, although there is a email that you can send feedback to
([email protected]) and questions are often answered.
