Unable to extract zip files

Hi all.
Bizarre new problem on my computer. I start it up and I
am able to download a zip and extract it. BUT several
hours later I try to extract it again, it says that there
are not files to extract. It does this to all my zips,
even ones I already opened up. Any clue as to why this
is happening?
 
have setup the Zip soft? if you have not,of course you can not do it.
And the file you download have error.

I am unable to open ANY zip file. Even ones that I know

are fine, they refuse to open if I have the computer
running for more than a few hours. Strange behaviour.
