Unable to drag on the excel spreadsheet

Hi

I have a problem unable to drag the number to name automatically on excel
spreadsheet. Try to uninstall and install back the same problem came out .
Any idea how to troubleshoot the files ? It happened to whole excel
spreadsheet.
 
When you select a cell, can you see the autofill "button" at the bottom right
corner of the selected cell?

If you can't, maybe it's:
Tools|Options|Edit tab|check Allow Drag and drop

But I'm not sure what "drag the number to name automatically" means.
