Unable to drag and drop appointments

For some reason, I am no longer able to drag and drop appointments. This
just started yesterday. I even exported my data, deleted my calendar,
recreated the calendar, and imported my data back in, but with the same
results. I created a new profile and still the same issue. I even attempted
from another PC with the same results. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated.
