Unable to Download

I was on a web site which allows music tracks to be downloaded.However when I
right click on the download link the "Save Target As" option is greyed out so
I cannot us it.I have checked the security setting and downloads are
enabled.Could there be some other setting on my computer which is stopping
the "Save Target As"
option being available.

Have you checked if they require a fee for the download? It may not be free.

Hmm,
maybe you need to left-click on the link rather than pick "Save link as...."
Better yet, get one of the free download managers available on a zillion
sites (Fresh DM, NetTransport, LeechGet...); a DM will tell you what's wrong
with the link (either it's a html or ftp or mms etc).
