Unable to Download WIth Internet Explorer 6.0

I'm unable to down load using FTP from Internet Explorer
6. I've appearantly changed a setting or have a bad DLL
or something. When I try to download a file I get a blank
page with a single place holder icon up in the top left
hand coner. As a work around I've been coping the URL for
the download site to Mozilla and downloading that way. I
do prefer to use Internet Explorer for most things.
Anyone have any ideas?

Try toggling anonymous logon.
