unable to download ANYTHING

help. I am unable to download anything... games, pictures from email or any
attachement from email. when I start my computer I get an error message that
says... ccRegVfy.exe- unable to locate componet. application failed to start
because ccTrust.dll was not found. I am also having to change my settings
color quanity from 8 to 32 when I start up. it always sets it back at 8.

Those files belong to a Symantec application you have/had installed. It has
either become corrupt or you unininstalled it and it didn't go as expected.

ccRegVfy.exe is part of symantec - Norton AV / IS security suite.
It would appear your Norton / Symantec installation is broken.
Your color settings problem might be as a result of display drivers not
loading correctly, or maybe you used winupdate for drivers.

thank you. i uninstalled the Norton on my pc and now I am unable to download.
I will reinstall later. as for the color. still trying to figure that one out
