When the computer boots up I get the following error
message
ccRegVfy.exe unable to locate component
this application has failed to start because ccTrust.dll
was not found. Re-installing the application may fix
thois porblem.

I have tried to fix up reinstalling XP and doing a repair
but get stuck when it asks for a adminstrator password.
We never loaded a password initally so I'm stuck there.
Any suggestions anyone?
Thanks,
TM

That admin password is the first password you setup when
you loaded XP on your PC.

Changing the password in User Accounts in Windows will
not change that admin password.

No need to re-install XP for that. That file is part of your Norton
SystemWorks/Anti virus. Re-install Norton to fix it.
