i recieve this message when i try to play a Video Clip

Unable to download an appropriate decompressor.
(Error=80040200)

i have read all the information from the microsoft
information page but it does not support my problem

i have windowsXP, windows xp media player 9 and i have also
instaled windows 9 codecs and wmv9VCMsetup but still i cant
play the clip but the audio is playing. what should i do.

You probably need the DiVX codec. www.divx.com. It's the most common video
codec out there, but is not available from Microsoft. If it's not this one,
then search for the GSpot Codec Information Appliance. This will tell you
what codec the file needs.
