Unable to display this web site!! Please help

I get this message when trying to open certain web pages--I am connected to
internet ok-I have Vista Home Premium--have I done something ? to cause this
to happen --is there a fix?

I and several others are facing the same problem

I understand that three sub-oceanic cables passing through the Suez Canal
have been damaged by a passing ship. Hence the Internet as well as voice
traffic has been affected and one cannot easily reach the desired web-sites.

Just keep in touch with your local news sources to check when the cables
will get repaired

Try this, it might help;

Open an elevated command prompt-
type "cmd" into the Start Menu's search bar.
Right-click the search result at the top and
click "Run as administrator".
Copy and paste;
netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

Hit enter.
