unable to display the user selection dialog

i have some problem in sharing when i want to shair
something and give permissions to other uesrs i cant
error display UNABLE TO DISPLAY THE USER SELECTION DIALOG
&
OBJECT PICKER CAN NOT OPEN BECUSE NO LOCATION FROM WHICH
TO CHOOSE OBJECT COULD BE FOUND
