Unable to display the user selection dialog.

Hi everyone,

I tried adding user permissions to some folders (or any folder/file) on my
computer (Domain member) and as soon as I click 'Add' under Security tab it
opens up a Security dialog box saying

Unable to display the user selection dialog. (null)

Any idea what can be wrong? Couldn't find anything useful on the search
engines.
