I installed Office XP onto my computer, and now I can not open my inbox
folder. It shows there are messages there, however, when I click inbox,
"unable to display folder" is shown. Any suggestions? I am not real good
with computers so if possible, as simple as you can. Thanks.

Hi Sean,
first of all you have to create an email account!
Have you already done this?

Yes. My old deleted e-mail, sent e-mails are still in there perspective
folders. However I only get the "unable to display folder" when I click on
the inbox folder. I think our e-mail sysytem is through a server.

Are you using a PST to store your messages or an Exchange server?

exchange server.

Your first mission should be to complain to your Exchange admins. You can
try a new mail profile, but that may not solve the problem.

Ha Ha. Ok I complained. My Admin uninstalled Office XP, and put the
previous edition back on my computer. He could not figure it out either.
Thanks for all your help.
