I am with Bulldog as a provider and when running explorer the task bar tells
me it is connected. Any web address selected says site not available - and a
list of things that might be problem. Bulldog support say it looks as if it
should work and I have followed all their suggestions including installing
the user accounts again etc.. I am having to use my dads computer for this so
may not be able to answer any questions quickly. Want to avoid complete
re-install of windows if I can. Thanks in advance for any help. Regards John

John,

Don't forget to check and clean for spyware. May I suggest that you
download, install, update and run a full scan with the following
antispyware programs: Spybot S&D, Lavasoft Ad-aware SE Personal, AVG
Free Antispyware (formerly Ewido Antispyware), MS Defender, Spyware
Blaster and Cool Web Shredder.

Would love to but can't connect to web sites to download. Regards John
