Unable To Delete MP4 files

someone has downloaded some music files from the website. They are MP4 files.

I am using XP Pro OS sp2. I am unable to delete these files. I have
check the properties of the main folder and sub folders and files themselves
and they are not locked, or protected or anything like that.

Need help in delete these files.

What message do you get when you try?

Get "Unlocker".
and/or
Reboot in Safe Mode and try there.

The message I get is "Check if the Disk is full, or filename is correct.
(something like that).

I will try your suggestion !
