.mp4 attachments (iPod videos)

I just bought my 1st iPod, a Nano 5th generation, and it has a video camera.
I have transferred the videos to my laptop and the files are autommatically
saved in the .mp4 format. I have tried to send some files as email
attachments and they get locked up in my Outbox. Does anyone have any idea
how I can get these attachments to send? I can't see or find a way to change
the file format. Thanks for any suggestions you can offer.

The file format is not the issue here but most likely the size. What is the
combined file size of the attachments that you are trying to send and what
is the sending limit of your ISP?
