Windows 7 Unable to delete folder

It my be worth checking the permissions on the folder and setting your self to owner if you are not already.
 
Thanks 8bit, I found the solution.
The folder I was trying to delete was one where I stored photos etc.
It had in it a folder called CyberLink which had been created by 'Power DVD'
Once I moved the CyberLink folder out of the terget folder, I could delete it ok.:)
