Unable to d/l Moviemaker 2.1

Hi, I took sp2 update and the Mm2 update was not there. I vaguly remeber
maybe declining the option to take it, but now i want to check it out. I
have auto updates on and have manually done it a few times and still no go.
Any suggestions anybody?
