Unable To Customize Toolbar in IE6

Hello,

Not sure if this has already been asked. If it has I
apologise.

When I right click on the toolbar in IE 6 it does not show
the button for me to be able to customize the toolbar. It
is no longer there and only has the "Standard, Address
Bar, Links and Lock the Toolbar" options.

Can anyone help me to recover the "Customize" option.

Click View, Toolbars, then customize

Thanks..Tried that already. The customize option is not
in there. I have also applied all the recomended and
critical updates from Windows Update.
