I posted earlier about the problem I am having. I have
noticed from the other posts here that there are a few
others experiencing the same problem and it seem that
everyone began experinecing it about a week or less ago. I
know that I recently recieved some updates fro windows and
was wondering if anyone else had updated their windows
software and than began experiencing the problem as well.
I even tried to reset my computer to an earlier date and
that did not help either. so far I thin I emailed
everyone on this list that seems to be having the same
problem below is a copy of that email which helps to
explain the situation better. Does anyone ave any
suggestions??
did you ever get your problem resolved? I am currently
having the same problem. It began tw o nights ago when I
copied and pasted some information from a web site to a
word document. Now every time I try to create a new
document the old text appears. I have tried to delete any
files named as the orginal document. I even tried to
unistall and reinstall office. Yet the problem still
persists. I was wondering if you had recieved any help in
correcting the problem. Thanks.

Tina, everyone who has posted this problem (including you) has long since
received the same answer: See
http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/AppErrors/BlankDocNotBlank.htm. You have to
click on the plus beside the questions to see the answers. And normally
users do not communicate by email but by posting back in the newsgroup.

And unfortunately Tina won't get the copy of this that I emailed to her
because she posted with an invalid email address. <sigh>
