unable to create an instance of required object:ServerAdmin

I recently acquired the HSA (Home Shopping) trojan. None of the quick repair
fixed the problem. So I went the long route. Hijackthis in XP & then again in
safe mode. Then identifying which entries to fix (remove). Now I get the
error message (unable to create an instance of required object:ServerAdmin)
when I try to traverse Windows Explorer. Anybody have any idea which reg
entry or other item needing to be put back?
