Unable to copy & paste

This problem started this morning. Unable to copy text from any document, any
program to another text doc or program. Unable to copy & paste into
word.doc. I've run Norton Anti-virus, Microsoft Anti-Spyware, Microsoft
Maliscious Software Tool, & Spybot. Nada!

I re-boot & I can copy & paste once & then it stops. I'm unable to
right-click and copy & paste or CTRL + C then Ctrl + V. Nada!

HELP!
 
Use that utility again, or try several times, as the problem is seen
intermittently.

I ran the tool, ClipOpenClipboardWindow tool. Found no problems.
