Have peer to peer lan.

Mixed Operating systems - 98, 2000, XPHome and 2 XP Pro machines.

All networking functions work on all machines (among themselves) other than
1 XP Pro machine (my problem child).

XP Pro Machine (problem child) can access all other shared resources on the
network; however, no other machines can access the problem child.

History:
Everything worked fine when I was setting up the problem child with users
but did not have any passwords assigned. All machines and users could access
the shared resources on the problem child.

I set the passwords for the Administrator account and all user accounts on
the problem child.

If any users on any other machines try to connect to shared resources, a
dialog box pops up requesting the password. I did not expect this because
the passwords for the users are the same passwords they use to log onto
their machines. If the user puts in their password, a message comes back
that the password is incorrect. I've tried leaving the password blank --
still get the incorrect password message.

Also, if i do a search for the problem child, it show up -- however the
location is "Unknown". If I try to explore or open the problem child from
search, I get the dialog box requesting the password -- same behavior as
listed above. If I right click and do "Properties" I get the message box
"You do not have the appropriate access rights for this server..."

Problem Child Configuration:
NetBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled.
Computer Browser is not started.
It is in the same workgroup as all the other machines.
TCP/IP is the only protocol running.

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Oops, I forgot another configuration issues on the problem child:
XP's internet firewall is not on
