Unable to connect to Terminal server

We are trying to connect to a remote server using
Terminal server. Three people have no problem. 4 people
do. We have all downloaded the latest Remote Desktop
Client and still can not connect. Can anyone help with
some suggestions or is there an article on the website
that might be able to help?

Not enough info (no info whatsoever to be precise). Where are you clients
connecting from and to what terminal server? ...if over the Internet to a TS
on a corporate network then you need to look into firewall configuration on
both ends.
