unable to connect to server

when trying to sign in, receive error message: unable to find ELN98SE.CAB.
asked do i want to install now: yes/no
selected-yes install disc
with earthlink total access 2005 disc loaded
error message: unable to find
SETUPX.DLL
computer then shuts down and repopens.

i was told by earthlink that this last error msg is to do with windows, that
i needed to download updates.
i downloaded all updates. when completed, sign in failed again with the
same error messages.

while the dowload was in progress, a message: you virtual memory is too low,
and is being increased now.

i am on dial up. the downloads took 4 hrs.

any advice??

=>Your setup engine SETUPX.DLL is corrupt or Missing, if you have Windows
98SE try to follow this instructions to repair it from here:
