unable to connect to other players in Internet spade

I connect to the internet game server, but then it just continues to look for other players. It never finds any. This problem just stared yesterday 04/14. Is there something wrong with the game server? Please help.....

This problem began occuring yesterday on many pc's after installing the latest Microsoft Update. I do not run McAfee but I do run Norton System Works, Zone Alarm and had no problems whatsoever until installing last update they notified everyone about yesterday. Hopefully they will patch this soon

Let's keep everyone here in the loop so we can let others know when a solution is found

it's the latest security patch.
 
So glad I found this group. I, too, have the same problem, everything was fine, until I did the MS updates. Now, I can't get into Internet Spades or Internet Hearts. I even did a Recovery on my computer, thinking something was missing. Is there a solution, Pleas Help
 
If they don"t fix this , I dont need my comp. keep trying

I am having the same problem since the 14th of April.. but i don't have McAfee I have Norton.
 
I didn't update my computer until after I had the issue.... I thought maybe i needed to update in order to fix it.... Have no clue what is going on. I will check back to see if there is a resolution posted. Thanks!
 
I have the same problem and it started after the I installed the latest update. If anyone finds a solution please let me know.
 
There are issues on the game access from Internet Games in Windows XP. It
is caused by NOT current updates from Windows Update, NOT because you've
updated your anti-virus program, and NOT because of something you've done to
your computer.

There apparently is an issue on the Zone end itself, and that is being
investigated.

Check the microsoft.public.games.zone newsgroup for further information.

I will post information here as soon as I hear anything.
