UNABLE TO CONFIGURE RAS

Recently I wanted to set up NAT and set remote access
policies on my WIN2K server, I discovered RRAS service
runs quite alright, but am unable to configure anything on
the server when I disable the service as required when
reconfiguring RRAS. What's more "Configure and Enable
Routing and Remote Access" Menu remains disbaled.

Secondly, I the properties for my RRAS server doesn't
show up and thus am unable to see the sub components.

Please help send mail urgently. I have uninstalled and
reinstalled RRAS on 3 occasions yet no improvement.

Bill Grant

Check that the remote registry service is running. This is required to
configure RRAS, even if RRAS and the console program are running on the same
machine.
