Unable to click toolbars

After working in Outlook for a while I am unable to use
the toolbars, the menubars and even the right click does
not work.

I have to close the app an open it again and then it works.

Any guess?

Do you have loaded anything that modifies Outlook's toolbars, like PKZip
or SpamSource? Does the problem still occur when you start Outlook in
safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe")? This eliminates the load of any
add-ins.

Have you tried renaming the outcmd.dat file to, say, outcmd.OLD and
restarting Outlook to have it redefine and use the standard toolbars?
If this works, you will lose any customization and have to do it over
again.
