Remove Huge Toolbar/MenuBar in Outlook 2007

Is there any way to get rid of the huge toolbar/menubar that exists when you
open or create a new message within Outlook? It is just way too big with too
many options. I was looking for a classic toolbar but can't seem to find it.

Double-click on message tab and it should go away. But that's about it.
There is only one classic toolbar and that's the one above the tabs.
Besides that you are out of luck. Look on the Office preview site for an
explanation of the new user interface.
