Unable to change Key.

Im at a Drafting office where it turns out awhile ago one of our computers
got a leaked key installed, Iv tried the "keyupdatetool.exe" with no avail
and just got an effor saying I wasent on the internet and to check my
connection, I also tried going in and unregistering my system and re
activating it under the use phone where you can change the KEY used, but
under that it says the Key I wanna install in incorrect, while the key is
from a fresh XP Pro box I just bought afew days ago, I have tried the key
many times and gone over it very carefully to ensure it was corrent.
Any help here?
 
On the computer in question:

Please follow this diagnostic troubleshooting procedure:

1. Download and run the MGA Diagnostic Tool:

2. After running the MGA Diagnostic Tool, click
on the "Windows" tab and then click on "Copy to Clipboard".

3. Next, visit the following website and create a post in the
"WGA Validation Problems" forum and paste the
results of the WGA Diagnostic Data in a detailed post.

4. A WGA troubleshooting specialist will analyze the data and
recommend an appropriate solution.

There dosent seem to be a "WGA Validation Problems" Forum there anymore, and
the only post I was able to find on there about WGA Validation Problems was
had a comment refering the user to check back in the newsgroups.
 
Still in need of help if anyone can.
