unable to cancel print jobs, printer won't print

I have an HP 5600 printer, fax, scanner that is quite new and was working
properly until this. I have gone tried to cancel all print jobs, but there
is one document remaining. It says that it is 'deleting printing', but is
still there. This was done several days ago. I am unable to print any
other documents. When I try, the message is that they are waiting to print.
My printer is connected properly. It copies just fine. Just no printing
from command. What can I do to fix this?

Open a command prompt windows (Run --> cmd.exe)
Type the following:

net stop spooler [press enter]
net start spooler [press enter]
exit [press enter]

That should do it.

The Run-->cmd.exe didn't work. Message was that it is not a valid Win32 application.
