Unable to calculate windows experience index

I am unable to rate my laptop's performance under Windows Vista
Business because I am getting this error

Windows was unable to calculate the Windows experience index because
the user cancelled the assessment,


any ideas? (no, I'm not cancelling the assessment). The error occurs
immediately.

(seems to have been caused by install of latest nVidia 101.41 drivers)

I only have one account on the machine (besides guest) the account I
am running it from is a member of the administrators group.

How do I fix it for the account which seems to be broken? (I upgraded
from XP XP2 Pro to Vista Business). I disabled the UAC checking and
the 'broken' account now works fine.

Quote the whole thread in your post or don't post. It is just spam without
context. Prepend RE:<space> in the subject on the first reply to a post, and
