Unable to browse the domain... Domain is not accessible

Hey!

Got the strangest problem.
Had 2 DC's in Win2000 Native mode (Win2003 Servers).
Demoted the old primary server, so I could redo some hardware and make it
smoother and faster.
Reinstalled Win2003, Promoted it back to a DC with the same computer name as
before.
No error messages.. so no problems you would have thought.. but.. !
Now some member servers in the domain can't browse the domain, while some
can! (My Network Places\Entire Network\Microsoft Windows Network\DOMAIN)
They can see DOMAIN, but when double clicking on it we get the error
message:

DOMAIN is not accessible. The list of servers for this workgroup is not
currently available.

The new DC also has this very same problem, but it can still use Active
Directory fine and stuff..
Any recommendations where to start?!?

Thanks!

FYI, it's giving me this DNS Event warning, ID 4515 - something about it
found another copy of the domain zone... and it will ignore this new copy of
the zone.

Hmmm.... ??

Just a wild guess but when reinstalling a new server it will always
create a new SID, regardless of the name. Maybe there's a conflict
between the old name with a different SID and the new name. Maybe if
you remove every reference to the old name before you promote it back
to a DC.
