Unable to add certain contacts when creating New Distribution List

A co-worker is trying to create a distribution list using contacts imported
from another computer.

When she goes to Action<New Distribution List<Select Members, the Outlook
Address Book (where all the contacts are stored) do not show up. She is
therefore unable to create the list she wants.

Any ideas on how to rectify this?
 
Doughboy,

Right click on the calendar in Outlook and choose properties. Go to the
Outlook Address Book tab and make sure there is a checkmark in the box that
says "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book." Hope this helps.
