unable to access webmail login page

I am unable to access my Earthlink e-mail log-in page;
instead a page titled "PerfectNav" opens instead. I have
installed Earthlink Total Access 2004 and I have deleted
all temp. internet files and cookies. I haved talked with
Earthlink technicians three times today and it appears
that spyware may be causing the problem. I have run
spyware software hoping to clear the problem, but have
not been sucessful.
