Unable to access portions of a site

I have 2 computers, both running XP Pro SP 2 and IE 6.0. On one computer when
I visit one particular site (through a DSL connection) I am unable to click
on any of the buttons on the left to access any of the sites sub pages, I can
access the site just fine on the other computer. Security and privacy
settings are the same on both computers, I have cleared all cookies and
cache, I have even added the site to the trusted site list and lowered
security to low but still get the same result. The site I am trying to visit
is www.fresh-oil.com. I do not have any issues with any other sites. Any
ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,
Some things I would look at:
1. Do you have *any* security program running that might be blocking Java
applets?
2. Norton Internet Security can cause strange problems with XP SP2. If you
have NIS installed, you might try reinstalling it.
3. Check the Java installation:

4. Other possibilities:
http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/answers2.htm#hyperlinks
http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/answers.htm#dns
5. [Longshot] Shutdown everything for about 5 minutes- computer(s), router,
modem, etc.

Hope this helps,
Don

Don - Your panswer was right on the money. Reinstalling the JavaScript
engine took care of the issue. Many, many thanks! Brian

HI,
Additional information (possibly even helpful.)
See: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=236846
The info on security settings and reinstalling the JavaScript engine should
be relevant to your situation.
