Hi everyone,
Time for the dumb question for the day:
Here's my sys info:
I am running Windows XP SP2. I have MS Outlook 2002, SP3 installed via MS
Office (Student and Teacher). I have all available office and os updates
installed. I am running a firewall (MS SP2, not third party).
Here's my problem:
When I receive an e-mail that has a url or hyperlink I am unable to access
the link. When I click on the link a popup box appears with the following
message:
"The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator".
There are three XP User accounts on this computer. All three are
Administrator Level accounts with no restrictions. This same message appears
when any user on this computer attempts the same steps as noted above.
I am kinda at wits end. I have reviewed every setting I can think of. Any
help you guys could provide would be greatly appreciated.
