E-mails received in Outlook that contain hyperlinks to the web cannot be opened. When I click on the blue, underlined hyperlinks, a dialogue box pops up tellng me that "Restrictions on the computer" have cancelled the action, and suggests that I check with "the administrator." I am of course the administrator. I have checked all the security settings for the internet on my system and cannot find the source of the problem. Is there anyone who can guide me to the solution for removing the restrictions that block me from accessing hyperlinks to the internet contained in e-mail messages that I receive in Outlook?
